The CIIAN Conflict Competence Assessment is an online multiple-choice assessment for people who have completed Learning Module One: Self and Others and wish to demonstrate their understanding of foundational conflict concepts and their application in realistic situations.
It assesses key areas including conflict appraisal, escalation, communication, emotional regulation, constructive problem-solving, and CIIAN’s core conflict-resolution models.
Successful completion is required before applying for RCCP registration through the Conflict Competence Network.
