As you progress through the program, you will apply practical lessons to a real-life conflict scenario, gaining deep insights with the guidance of your coach. The program culminates in a live role-playing session where your newly honed skills are put to the test, providing a dynamic learning experience. This comprehensive approach ensures you’re not only knowledgeable about conflict resolution but also adept at applying these strategies effectively. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate in “Conflict Dynamics and Strategies” from the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation, marking your proficiency in this critical field.
