Our experienced staff will assess your situation and determine if one of our pre-existing role-play simulations can address your needs effectively. If necessary, we can create a custom scenario and provide training for the actors involved to ensure a realistic and relevant experience.

FAQ
In order to join the session you need a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a computer
equipped with speakers, a webcam and microphone.
A full refund will be provided as long as 3 or more day’s written notice (email) is given. If less than 3 days’ notice is given, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of the simulation.
If CIIAN is required to cancel the simulation at any time a full refund will be provided.
If you reschedule the simulation a $25 + GST administration fee will be applied each time you request a session to be rescheduled.
One week’s notice is required for rescheduling.
CIIAN keeps a roster of students that have opted in to participate in simulations. All actors are vetted by
the Institute and skill levels are taken into consideration when assigned to a simulation.
Absolutely. Coaches have the option to sit in on a session or can be provided with a recording of the session to assist with debriefing clients.
If you are looking to gain exposure to a specific situation, you can request a custom
simulation and provide our actors with a description of the conflict as well as their role.
CIIAN staff will review your request to ensure that sufficient instructions are provided to ensure an effective simulation
